APPOINTMENTS
What happens if I can not keep my appointment?
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please notify the office as early as possible. Whenever possible, cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make the appointment available to another patient. For endoscopic procedures please cancel at least 1 week in advance. We will gladly reschedule your appointment at a time more convenient to you.
Please note: For cancellations with in 24 hours of an appointment OR for “No show”, we will charge a $50 fee. For more than one cancellation we may ask you for a deposit before rescheduling.
What can I expect at an office visit?
An office visit is a face-to-face consultation with one of our providers. There will be no procedure performed at the time of a regularly scheduled office visit.
What should I bring to an office visit?
You should bring with you to your office visit all your medications, your driver’s license, your insurance card(s), and any recent labs or x-rays. If required by your insurance, you may need to bring a referral from your primary care physician.
What can I expect at a procedure visit?
Your procedure will be performed in a fully equipped and an accredited Endoscopy center, where thousands of procedures are performed every year using the most advanced endoscopic equipment with an experienced and friendly staff. For specific information about your procedure, please see our procedure section. There is a fee of $100 if you do not provide us with 72 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling a procedure.
What should I bring for a procedure visit?
1. Co-pay – most credit cards are accepted
2. Driver – if you are going to be sedated
